Fire extinguisher

We provide all type of industry and user specific portable fire extinguishers.
ANTI FLAMES is the right choice for ensuring safety of warehouses, transformer rooms and server rooms where human beings will not be available all the time. The most damaging incidents happen in unoccupied areas or at times when no person is around (night time and holidays). Moreover in a big plant, it is not possible to look after all places every time. Therefore, an automatic installation is the only answer to round the clock fire protection.

With so many fire extinguishers available in the market to choose from, selecting the proper one for your home can be a very difficult task. It has become a need to have at least one fire extinguisher at home to protect you, your loved ones and your family, but that is not all, it is equally important that U must have the proper type of fire extinguisher. Experts believe that one must have Fire protection for the kitchen, the garage and workshop.
In order to help in choosing the Fire extinguishers we are providing the segregation of fire extinguishers into four categories, based on different types of fires. So that you can choose which extinguisher is suitable for you as per your requirement? Each fire extinguisher also has a numerical rating that serves as a guide for the amount of fire the extinguisher can handle. It has more fire-fighting power if the number is higher. The following is a quick guide to help choose the right type of extinguisher.

  • Class A extinguishers are mainly used for ordinary combustible materials such as plastics, wood, paper, and cardboards. The numerical rating which is displayed on these types of extinguishers mainly indicates the amount of water it holds & the amount of fire it can extinguish.
  • Class B fires covers combustible or flammable liquids such as kerosene, gasoline, oil and grease. Class B extinguishers rating indicates the approximate number of square feet of fire it can extinguish.
  • Class C fires involve electrical equipment, such as wiring, circuit breakers, and appliances. It is suggested that you should never use water to extinguish class C fires because of the risk involved of electrical shock! It do not have a numerical rating. This classification means that the extinguishing agent is non-conductive.
  • Class D fire extinguishers are commonly found in a chemical laboratory. They are          used where fire is involved in combustible metals, such as magnesium, potassium, titanium and sodium.

So you can base your selection on the classification and the extinguisher's compatibility with the items you wish to protect. At least once a month you should inspect your extinguisher.
